Inframation is a London-based B2B online media company, which publishes real-time intelligence for the global infrastructure finance community.

The company is seeking a junior researcher to join its news & research team.

Our Market

Infra-News is the primary source of intelligence for global infrastructure deals in the transport & utilities sectors. Our community combines the broad spectrum of investment professionals including infrastructure funds, private equity and institutional investors such as pension funds.

The Role

Reporting to the group head of research, the position involves:

    * Updating & maintaining our in-house database of infrastructure projects;
    * Tracking infrastructure projects over the lifecycle of a transaction including tender launches;
    * Liaising with the editorial team to distribute information & produce short news items;
    * Sourcing early-stage project information from industry contacts.

Skills Required

The successful candidate should have:

    * A well-organized, diligent approach to track major infrastructure projects;
    * Excellent teamwork approach with strong communication skills;
    * Ability to communicate confidently with key industry players including excellent telephone skills;

The role would be suitable for a recent graduate with a relevant degree in social sciences, good analytical skills, and confidence in using web-based tools in order to track projects.
