£45k - £50k basic salary +​ £80k OTE uncapped +​ car

Our client is a well respected and highly successful provider of document solutions to the SME and Corporate marketplace.​  Due to ambitious plans and a strong cash position they seek to strengthen their sales team with the addition of a highly motivated and talented sales manager to come on board and drive new business development through the proactive management of a team of field sales executives.​

 

Role

To manage a team of sales executives who will be responsible for winning business from both new and existing clients within the SME and Corporate markets.​

To drive the sales team performance to enable them to exceed financial targets.​

Driving the sales team to your own KPI’s and tested management techniques.​

Coaching and mentoring the team to better their performance.​

The business has ambitious growth plans so it will be the sales manager’s responsibilty to recruit new members to the team, thus having a direct influence on the entire business growing to the next level.​

This is a hands on role which will involve both the direct management of the business development team as well as some client facing and assistance in closing some of the larger deals.​

 

Individual

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of managing sales teams within the copier industry or any other capital equipment sector.​

We are looking for an ambitious and highly driven sales manager, someone who can inspire sales executives to go the extra mile.​

You must be a talented manager with experience of driving either field sales or telesales teams.​

You will have a strong management style coupled with personal gravitas.​
